Located on a prominent corner site in the Maroochydore CBD, this three level plus basement office complex has seen Vantage incorporate a range of different construction techniques.

With the high localised water table a dewatering system was required to be installed until the basement works and podium slab were completed. Due to the close proximity of adjoining properties Vantage chose to construct the basement perimeter walls using a sheet pile and sprayed in-situ concrete system incorporating the necessary waterproofing agent.

High level finishes including imported granite stair treads, stack stone feature wall, glass faced lift and “King Span” external cladding further set this building apart from its neighbours.
