The 3 stages comprised 58 new villas, ranging from one to three bedrooms all with study, landscaped gardens, and recreational areas including gymnasium, communal pool & BBQ area.

Our scope for this project included all civil works with concrete kerb and channel, bitumen roadways, electrical and hydraulic infrastructure, street lighting, storm water and reticulation including sewer mains.

The positive working relationship that we have established with the local council, suppliers and subcontractors has ensured that this complex project progressed in a smooth and timely manner with all key stakeholders benefitting.
