Built using rendered masonry external walls with suspended concrete floor slabs, powder coated aluminium windows, sunscreens and balustrades and Colorbond Ultra roofing, this project has been designed with the aggressive coastal environment in mind. All surface finishes have been chosen with longevity in mind.
Vantage was responsible for coordinating the design documentation by engaging and managing the consultant team on behalf of the developer. By working closely with the developer and the design team, Vantage was able to ensure that the end product not only maintained its architectural appeal but also met with the developers budgetary requirements.
